A Band of Pirates for Halloween. The kids LOVED being all the same thing...they even had a fun idea how to give out candy this year....in a treasure box.

Getting our treasure ready for trick-or-treaters. The kids HAD to have this treasure box we found because it went with their pirate theme and they could use it to hand out candy. Brooklyn found a few pieces of treasure. We had to take her treasure...ye mean mommy pirates! Maybe next year when ye have teeth!!
The kids ready to go trick-or-treating. We lit their pumpkins and we were ready to go!! It was beautiful weather this year. Didn't even need a coat.

Brooklyn's first time trick-or-treating!! The kids loved that they were all pirates!! They wore the hats for pictures but, just kept on the bandana's to go trick-or-treating. They practically RAN to every house.

Brooklyn went trick-or-treating to a few houses just right around our house and then Brooklyn and I went home to hand out candy. We had a MAD SCIENTIST LABORATORY to hold down.

VELCOME TO THE LABORATORY!!! Would you like a piece of our treasure??? (Brooklyn was with me most of the night and we handed out candy...a scientist and a pirate) We made a great team handing out candy...Brooklyn was entertained by everyone coming to the door!!
She loved going to the door ever few minutes and handing out candy with me as a mad scientist. She was very entertained!
